- Today, Mayor Hayashi, together with Governor Uchibori of Fukushima Prefecture, made a proposal to the Secretary-General of the Cabinet Secretariat, the Minister of Reconstruction and the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications.

Based on the agreement at the 76th Nine Prefectural City Summit held on November 6, 2019, Mayor Hayashi announced today (November 15) the nine prefectures (Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Yokohama, Kawasaki, Chiba, Saitama, and Sagamihara) on behalf of the Governor of Fukushima Prefecture, the Secretary of the Cabinet Secretariat, the Minister of Reconstruction, and the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications.
