(Public-private partnership) ”and hold the“ Co-creation Open Forum ”as a place for dialogue and exchange between citizens and citizens.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　In fiscal 2015, we began research on the feasibility of social impact bonds (SIB), a new public-private partnership method for solving social issues, and has been working on the Social Impact Assessment experimental project since FY2016.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　In this forum, we will present the interim results of experimental project's "Osan Hinata Juku" and work together with the participants to evaluate social impact and introduce SIBs.
