(Public-Private Partnership) ”and holds the “Co-creation Open Forum” as a place for dialogue and exchange between citizens.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　In fiscal 2015, we began researching the feasibility of introducing the Social Impact Bond (SIB), a new public-private partnership method for solving social issues, and since fiscal 2016 we have been working on the Social Impact Assessment experimental project.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　In this forum, we will present the interim results of experimental project's "Osan Hinata Juku" and work with all participants to evaluate social impact and introduce SIBs.
