Held the first "Women's Top Management Seminar" co-hosted by Kanagawa Prefecture and Yokohama City

Yokohama City will hold a "Women's Top Management Training Seminar" jointly with Kanagawa Prefecture from September 2019.
The purpose of this seminar is to expand the social movement of promoting women's advancement in Kanagawa Prefecture by increasing the proportion of female leaders such as executives in companies and reflecting women's opinions in decision-making.
In all six programs, students will acquire the knowledge necessary for supervision and execution of management from lectures by female managers who are active at the forefront of business and academic experts on corporate management. In addition, by creating exchanges among participants of different industries, we will build a network of female leaders who will be responsible for the top management of the organization in the future.
On the occasion of the event, students will be recruited from July 4, 2019.
