In Yokohama City, at the former Kami Seya Communication Facility (242ha), which was returned from the U.S. military in June 2015, we promoted the invitation of the International Horticultural Expo, and applied for the event as a city at the annual general meeting of the "International Horticultural Association (AIPH)" held in Beijing last September.
Cities that have been approved for the event will be required to report their progress at AIPH meetings (Spring Conference, Annual General Meeting), so they will attend and report the Spring Conference held in March.
