Yokohama City and the Yokohama City Greenery Association will hold a “Konjac Making Experience Class” at the Yokohama Children's Botanical Garden on December 1, 2019 (Sunday) as part of a friendship exchange project with Showa Village, Gunma Prefecture. It will be held.
Inviting farmers from Showa Village, the largest producer of konjac potatoes in Japan, to experience konjac making, and to learn about Showamura through quizzes and photo exhibitions on Showamura. It is an event to deepen exchanges.
