About holding of the 75th Nine Prefecture City Summit Meeting

4 Holding Method
　　The summit will be open to the press.
　　※At the 75th Nine Prefectural City Summit Meeting, we reduced the amount of paper used at the meeting, associated printing and disposal costs, and organized, distributed, and collected materials.
　　　We are working to make paperless in order to reduce working hours, etc.

5 PR corner
　　A PR corner has been set up to introduce some of the initiatives at the Nine Prefectural City Summit.
