The Mayors' Association of Designated City (Chairman: Fumiko Hayashi The Mayor of Yokohama) today applied the "Action Plan for Designated City Mayors' Association for Wide Area and Large-Scale Disasters" to local governments affected by Typhoon No. 15 in 2019.
