　The so-called "garbage house regulations" of Motoichi were enforced on December 1, 2016, and more than three years have passed.
　In Yokohama City, more than 100 garbage mansions have already been resolved from the enforcement of the ordinance to the end of last fiscal year, based on welfare "support" close to the individual. However, on the other hand, it is also true that there are cases where it is difficult to resolve.
　In this survey season report No. 185, we will consider initiatives related to this "garbage mansion".
　The ordinance stipulates "measures" such as recommendations, orders, and substitute execution along with welfare "support", but how do you think about the balance between "support" and "measures"? As the connection between residents is said to be diluted, what kind of relationship can the isolated person and local residents in the area build? There are various issues and viewpoints, such as how we will respond to "The Long-term Care Insurance and other public services."
