Yokohama City recognizes and supports city companies that actively promote the creation of a work environment where men and women can work together as the "Yokohama Good Balance Award" in order to promote the active participation of women and work-life balance. .
In fiscal 2019, 42 companies were newly certified, and the number of certified companies was 178, the highest ever. From among certified companies, we will commend "Special Award" to companies that have implemented excellent initiatives that serve as models for other companies, and "Continuation Award" according to the total number of certifications.
The certification and award ceremony will be held in Yokohama Media and Communications Center from 11:00 on Monday, January 20, 2020.
