On November 1, 2022, Yokohama City launched the "Management Plan Certification System" in which the city certifies condominiums with appropriate management plans. We are pleased to announce that we have obtained the first certification. Going forward, we will continue to promote the appropriateness of condominium management by promoting the use of this system.
