In Yokohama City, the Architecture Division, which developed public buildings such as government buildings and schools, was born in the organization of Yokohama City Hall in 1923, and celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2022.
As a part of this project, on November 12 (Saturday), we will hold an event called “Yokohama Architecture Plaza” that both adults and children can enjoy.
The event will be divided into two large groups, and children will hold a hands-on “Children's Workshop” and a “symposium” to consider public architecture together with architectural professionals to consider the ideals of public architecture.
In addition, as a related event, various exhibitions related to architecture are also planned.
Please come to the space where you can build a whole day.
