Yokohama City established the Yokohama Disaster Prevention Ability Improvement Condominium Certification System on February 1, 2022, with the aim of forming disaster-resistant condominiums and improving disaster-prevention capabilities, including local residents.
Therefore, in order to support Residential Association and others who are seeking to obtain new certification in the future, we will begin dispatching expert groups (condominium disaster prevention advisors) with knowledge and experience regarding disaster prevention measures for condominiums.
