The city has concluded an "Agreement on Measures for vacant houses, etc." with experts in real estate, legal affairs, construction, etc., and is working together on measures such as vacant houses.
vacant houses will hold a free consultation meeting jointly by Totsuka Ward and Izumi Ward so that owners of vacant houses can feel free to discuss their concerns.
