The Yokodai Area Conference, consisting of experts such as the Yokodai Community Development Council, Kanagawa Prefecture, Yokohama City, and the Urban Renaissance Agency, has been working on area management in the area around Yokoudai, Isogo-ku, based on UR rental housing complexes around Yokoudai Station in JR Negishi Line.
