In the area around Toka Market Town in Midori Ward, we are promoting community development by utilizing the city-owned land in the Tokaichiba Center district (20, 21, and 22) to promote the development of the private sector.
In the 22 blocks, Gray Shea Yokohama Tokkaichi Market, a housing with the theme of supporting child-raising households has been completed. In the future, we will promote area management initiatives in cooperation with leading blocks (20 and 21 blocks), etc., and aim for a new and sustainable town.
