With the aim of conducting an urban regeneration project that introduces business functions and tourism and cultural functions that contribute to strengthening international competitiveness in the 52 districts of Minatomirai 21 central district of the city regeneration emergency development area based on the provisions of the Act on Special Measures for Urban Regeneration On March 1, 2023, DK Minato Mirai 52 Block Special Purpose Company and Koyu Co., Ltd. proposed a change in city planning based on the provisions of Article 37 of the same law.
