For the purpose of conducting an urban regeneration project that introduces business functions and tourism culture functions that contribute to strengthening international competitiveness in the Minato Mirai 21 Central District 52 Block District Area based on the provisions of the Act on Special Measures for Urban Regeneration, on March 1, 2023, DK Minato Mirai 52 Block Special Purpose Company and Hikari Corporation proposed a change in city planning based on the provisions of Article 37 of the Act.
