In Yokohama City, in 1922, the Building Division was born in the organization of Yokohama City Hall to maintain public buildings such as government buildings and schools, and celebrated its 100th anniversary in Reiwa 4 (2022).
As one of the initiatives of this business, we will hold the "Yokohama Architectural Photo Contest" utilizing Instagram.
Under the theme of "I will continue to be like Yokohama", we are looking for photos of the buildings in Yokohama City, which are recommended buildings in Yokohama and the buildings in Yokohama with memories of sleeping on the album.
The judge will be Hideo Mori, a photographer representing Yokohama, and the works selected for the highest award and excellence award will be exhibited at the city hall.
The application period is from Friday, November 11 "Public Building Day" to January 10, 2023 (Tuesday).
