Yokohama City is promoting the supply of excellent regional rental housing for the elderly in Yokohama as a priority measure. This subsidizes a part of construction costs and a part of rent to businesses that develop private rental housing where the elderly can live with peace of mind, such as barrier-free specifications and emergency call systems. It is intended to reduce the burden on.
This year, we are looking for about 120 dwelling units. In addition, from this fiscal year, due to the revision of the regional excellent rental housing maintenance standards, it has become mandatory to conform to the standards of the Building Energy Conservation Law.
We are looking forward to proposals for business plans that make use of the ideas and vitality of private businesses.
