We conducted a public offering for the ESCO project of the Izumi Ward Government Building on the condition that ZEB was achieved through the use of government subsidies. There were proposals from two groups, and as a result of strict examination by the Yokohama City ESCO Business Proposal Review Committee, the best proposal company was selected.
