We made city planning decision and change of Bigaoka 2-chome district-promotion of approach of next-generation suburban town development-

　Motoichi has been promoting initiatives for next-generation suburban town development in Tama Plaza Station north side district (Mishigaoka 1, 2 and 3-chome, Aoba-ku) as one of the sustainable residential area promotion projects.
　In this area, we will take advantage of opportunities for large-scale land use conversion due to the abolition of company housing and create workplaces in suburban residential areas. In addition, with the cooperation of landowners, in order to realize a community living model, with the cooperation of landowners, before selling land, we have been examining restrictions on buildings in city planning before selling land.
