About holding of the 164th Yokohama City City Planning Council

We hold the 164th Yokohama-shi city planning council as follows.

1 Date and time
　August 26, 2022 (Fri.) Starts at 1:00 p.m.

　Multipurpose room on the 3rd floor of the Yokohama City Counsil Capitol Building
　6-50-10, Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama-shi

　The meeting will be open to the public.
5 Capacity of observers
　10 people (on-site hearing)
6 Application method for hearing
(１) On-site hearing
　On the day, applications will be accepted at the venue entrance from 0:00 pm to 0:30 pm
　You will receive a numbered ticket at the reception and wait until the end of the reception.
　If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity at the end of the reception, a lottery will be conducted. If the capacity is less than the capacity, you can observe it on a first-come, first-served basis.
(２) Web hearing
　From August 19th (Fri) to August 25th (Thu), 2022, the Yokohama City Electronic Application System is accepted. For more information, please refer to the Yokohama City website.
7 About coverage
　A press seat will be prepared separately from the local auditorium, so please come to the venue directly on the day and call at the reception at the venue entrance.
　In addition, photography in the venue will be until the beginning of the meeting (about 5 minutes).
