~ October, Wood Use Promotion Month ~ Commendation for Excellent Wood Use of Wood Products

　
　In order to promote a decarbonized society, Yokohama City has established a system to commend buildings that have been actively engaged in the use of wood. The award ceremony will be held for the first high-rise pure wooden fire-resistant building in Japan, "Port Plus Obayashi-gumi Yokohama Training Center", which is Japan's first high-rise pure wooden fire-resistant building. In addition, lectures and exhibitions will be held as wood use promotion monthly event.
