In November 2022, Yokohama City formulated a park management plan showing the future image of the park in the 1st to 3rd wards of Odori Park (three blocks counted from the JR NEGISHI LINE Kannnai Sta. side).
This time, based on the park management plan and the town development plan in the surrounding area, we will show the concept of open recruitment conditions (draft) for the implementation of a renewal project assuming the Park-PFI method, and ask for specific business planning Conduct a sounding-type market survey (dialogue).
