[End]　Sounding-type market research for renewal of Odori Park (1st to 3rd ward)

Based on the Odori Park (1st to 3rd ward) Park Management Plan (developed in November 2022) and community development plans for the surrounding area, we conducted a sounding-type market survey (dialogue) to implement a renewal project based on the Park-PFI method. The final conditions for open recruitment will be decided after consideration, including this dialogue.

How to conduct dialogue and how to apply (For details, be sure to check the implementation guidelines)
Period	From Monday, December 4, Reiwa 5 to Friday, December 15, Reiwa 5
Location	Yokohama City Hall (common meeting rooms), etc.
Target person	Groups of corporations or corporations that can create business plans and utilization zoning diagrams
Method	Direct dialogue
Contents	A dialogue will be held based on the business plan created based on the concept of the open call for participants conditions (draft).
Application	Please send the entry sheet by e-mail to Southern Parks and Greenery Project Coordination Office Metropolitan Park Manager, Environmental Planning Bureau. Application period: From Monday, November 6, Reiwa 5 to Tuesday, December 12, Reiwa 5 ※We will inform you of the date and time as soon as you apply.

Concept of main open recruitment conditions (draft) (When preparing a business plan, be sure to check the detailed conditions in the implementation guidelines)
Establishment and operation of profit facilities such as eating and drinking and shops	[Required] Please set up one or more restaurants as park facilities targeted for open call for participants and manage and operate them. Contents, specifications, etc. are based on the company's proposal. Please be sure to propose it to the 2nd ward.
Maintenance and management of residence spaces (garden roads, plazas, etc.)	[Required] Please maintain the area around the open call for participants as a specific park facility in a space where you can relax and create a lively space. Please open the area that has been maintained free of charge and manage it on a daily basis. The contents of maintenance and the scope of maintenance are based on the proposal of the company. [optional] ・When we maintain 1 ward, we expect creation of scenery by flower and green as entrance from station. ・When we maintain two wards, we expect maintenance of facilities making use of green open space, repair of existing restroom and daily management. ・When we maintain 3 wards (currently water open space), we expect renewal of flower of subdivision flower bed and planting.
Improvements that contribute to improving the ease of migration to surrounding areas	[Required] Please install a convenience improvement facility that contributes to improving the ease of migration to the surrounding area.
Implementation of events	[Required] Please hold an event (including merchandise events such as Marche) in a garden managed by you. [optional] We hope that events will be held in collaboration with local communities and educational institutions.
In addition, initiatives for realizing the park management plan	[Required] ①Please carry out approach to support activity of park protection society. ②Please implement public interest initiatives for Odori Park users (contributing to solving problems). ③Please implement initiatives that contribute to the revitalization of the surrounding area of Odori Park.
Basic Initiatives for Project Implementation	[Required] ①Please implement initiatives that contribute to the promotion of Yokohama's environmental measures (decarbonization, green infrastructure, SDGs, etc.). ②Utilize digital technology to implement initiatives that contribute to improving and maintaining user services, and improving the efficiency of management and operation.

①How to create

・After planning the business based on the open call for participants conditions (draft), please create a business plan (there is a style below) and a utilization zoning diagram (the floor plan below (white figure) is a base diagram).

・If it is difficult to meet the conditions set forth in the open recruitment conditions (draft), you can substitute a feasible project.

・In utilization zoning figure, please clearly indicate setting position of each facility, area of park facility targeted for open call for participants and management area.

・Please confirm the business plan book and utilization zoning figure in park maintenance (posted below) and make feasible thing that complies with various laws and regulations.
