"Now" of Yokohama's environment publishes "Yokohama Environmental Management Plan Annual Report for 2023" in this book.

Yokohama City has formulated an environmental management plan as a comprehensive plan in the environmental field. This time, we have compiled the status of the environmental management plan in fiscal 2022 and the status of the environment in Yokohama as "Yokohama: Annual Report of the Yokohama Environmental Management Plan 2023 Annual Report". The "now" of Yokohama's environment, which continues to evolve as a future city of SDGs, is condensed in this book.
In the 2023 edition, based on the Yokohama City Global Warming Countermeasures Action Plan, we have compiled a wide range of initiatives to build a sustainable society, such as initiatives for decarbonization, promotion of local production and local consumption of renewable energy within the city area, and environmental education to nurture the next generation. It is contents that citizen, company can know approach of imminent environment and environmental approach.
