①The event "Other Business Details D (Translation)" must be registered.
②Within the past five years, the translation of administrative information ordered by the Japanese government or local governments in Japan in all three languages: English, Chinese (Simplified), and Hangul.
③3. To engage a translator who satisfies any of the following a or b in all languages:
A Translator whose target language is the native language and has lived in Japan for more than 10 years and has a Japanese language proficiency test N1 or higher.
B. Translator whose native language is Japanese and has passed or has a score of one of the following certification tests that prove the competent language ability. Alternatively, translators who have proven equivalent abilities in other qualification exams.
English: Eiken 1st grade, TOEFL iBT score 110 or higher, IELTS score 8.0 or higher
Korean: Hangul Proficiency Test Level 1 and Korean Language Proficiency Test Level 6
Chinese: Chinese Language Test Level 1
