２．Notification method
　 After receiving the “Application Form for Designated Competitive Bidding Participation Intention Application Form”, check the eligibility for bid participation, and then confirm the bid participation qualification.

１．Bid
（１） Please bring "open call for participants type nomination competitive bidding nomination letter of advice" on the day of bidding and present it to the staff.
