Anyone who wishes to participate in this proposal must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and qualify for participation.

1. In the 2017 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualification List (Related to Goods and Consignment) in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualification List (Related to Goods and Consignment).
2. (one good fortune) Obtain the privacy mark or equivalent standard of the Japan Information Economy and Society Promotion Association.
3. Have a track record of operating a municipal general call center in the past three years, or have a track record of operating a local government-specific call center and a private call center (50 seats or more) in the past three years.
4. From the deadline for submitting the proposal participation intention proposal form to the specific date of the contract candidate, the Yokohama City nomination suspension has not been received by the provisions of the Measures Summary (April 1, 2004) such as the nomination suspension.

By December 28, 2018 (Friday), we will send a "Notice of Confirmation of Proposal Qualification" to the Address stated in the application form for participation.

Please submit "Confirmation of Submission" (Form 3) as follows regarding whether or not you intend to submit a proposal for this commissioned work.
