[40th session] Participated in Green Santa Project 2021

On Saturday, December 11, we participated in the “Midori Santa Project 2021” with local elementary and university students to pick up garbage in the beautification promotion priority area around Tokaichiba Station.
This event was held as part of a collaborative and cooperative project between Toyo Eiwa University and the Midori Ward Office in the ward, with 16 elementary school students and 18 university students from the Toyo Eiwa University SDGs Study Group.
Toyo Eiwa University also participated from President Ikeda, Professor Kono, the professor in charge, and three staff members.

Kasuzu Kawase, a university student who participated, said, "I was able to pick up garbage happily and lively with the energetic elementary school students. If an adult thinks "this much" and litters, pure children think "you can do it." I realized once again that it was important to take responsible actions as a university student. "

Wearing a Santa cap and picking up garbage with elementary and university students, I was able to give a smile to the area, which was a very good memory. The circle of sympathy has expanded and the creation of a beautiful city is progressing.

I also wore a Santa hat and picked up trash together.
