[24th] I visited Morinodai Elementary School Disaster Prevention Class

At Morinodai Elementary School, 118 fourth-year students from Midori Ward's General Affairs Division Disaster Prevention Section conducted disaster prevention dispatch lecture/off site lecture.
Morinodai Elementary School has been working very hard, with many elementary school studenｔ members coming to the ward office General Affairs Division to ask questions about the Midori Ward disaster countermeasures prepared by the Midori Ward Office in advance.

On the day of the class, he explained the importance of self support and community support by introducing the current situation of the Tohoku affected areas after the Great East Japan Earthquake, the evacuation shelters opened in Midori Ward during Typhoon No. 19 last year, and the aluminum blankets and stockpiled food (preservative bread) stored in the disaster prevention storage at Morinodai Elementary School. The people of elementary school studenｔ were listening seriously, and when asked from here, they raised their hands and answered them. In particular, I was very surprised at the video of the inundation situation at Nakayama Station that you use, and I was able to feel the importance of daily preparation.
At the beginning, when I asked, "Do you know who I am?", "Mr. Director General!" I was very happy and impressed to hear that. (It appeared on a DVD introducing Midori Ward's disaster countermeasures.)
