　75 cherry trees are planted on the riverbed from Kamoi Station on the Tsurumi River to the small desk, and entertain many people as a place to relax. It is also a very famous place for cherry blossoms.

　During the typhoon two years ago, some cherry blossom branches were broken, and fortunately there was no human damage and did not matter.
　The contents of the inspection were to visually check the decay status of trees, and especially the adhesion of mushrooms such as Bekkotake and Kofutake mushrooms.
　As a result, for trees with mushrooms, the cavity rate was measured at the root of 0 cm from the ground and at the base around 20 cm. The cavity rate has been confirmed. If left untouched, there is a danger of falling trees in the event of strong winds such as typhoons, so we decided to put the safety of the inhabitants of the ward first and decided to cut it truly unavoidable.

　We will continue to conduct inspections in a timely manner and work to ensure that everyone can enjoy it safely in various situations such as cherry blossom viewing, walking, jogging, and commuting.
