This time, the Kanagawa Prefectural Beautification Movement Promotion Merit Award has been awarded by Koutobukikai and Chikubukai, and the Yokohama Environmental Action Award "Yokohama 3R Yume Promotion Award "Hitoshi Osato" was awarded. Originally, a certificate of commendation was awarded by the Governor of Kanagawa Prefecture and The Mayor of Yokohama, but since the award ceremony was postponed to prevent the spread of COVID-19, I sent a certificate of commendation on Wednesday, November 24.
During the communication, I heard about the difficulties involved in the activities.
Mr. Kamao Takashima, representative of Kotobukikai, said, "The amount of garbage falling on roads and gutters has decreased. In the future, I hope that not only the elderly but also younger people can work together. "
Kei Suzuki, the representative of the Takeseikai, said, "I am working hard to clean the city where I live by myself. We would like to continue our activities in the future."
Hitoshi Osato said, "I was awarded for my daily accumulation. I would like to continue with a sense of responsibility more than ever before."
He said he was.
