　The Yokohama Ken Sakurakai is a member of the International Federation of Armed Forces and has skills such as "thrust, kick, assembling, throwing, extreme", but it seems that you can wear armor and work safely.
　Hand martial arts are also martial arts adopted by the SDF, and Suzuki (two-dan) seems to have studied at the Ground Self-Defense Force.
