(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6
Use of building in agreement area shall raise in one of next kakugo.

1. Single-family homes (including two-family homes in living together)
2. Single-family clinic combined housing
3. Of the combined-purpose houses stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order, those listed below. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to multi-purpose homes that do not impair the purpose specified in Article 1 and approved by the Steering Committee prescribed in Article 7.

（１） Stores whose main purpose is to sell daily necessities
（２） Study cram schools, flower arrangement classes, go classes and other similar facilities

1. Nursing homes, daycare centers, welfare homes, and the like, that have been approved by the Steering Committee
2. Thing attached to building of each preceding item (except thing to establish in Building Standard Act enforcement order Article 130-5)
