Article 6
Use, form and site of building in agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
- （１） The use of the building shall be as follows.
- A. Single-family homes (including two-family homes in living together)
I. A tenement house or apartment house with 2 dwelling units
C. clinics (excluding animal clinics) combined housing - （２） The height of the building shall not exceed 9m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5m from the ground surface.
（３） The site area shall be 135 m2 or more.
