Please note that for adjacent land, we may join a building agreement in the future.

(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6
Use, form and site of building in agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.

（１） The use of the building shall be as follows.

A. Single-family houses (including two-family living together houses)
B. A tenement house or apartment house with a number of dwelling units
C. clinics (excluding animal clinics) combined housing

（２） The height of the building shall not exceed 9m from the ground surface and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5m from the ground surface.
（３） The site area shall be 135 m2 or more.
