Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6
The use, form, structure, site and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
- (1) The use of the building shall be as listed in the following a to c. Provided, however, that the items listed in c shall be the sections from No. A to No. H in the separate figure (Building Agreement Area Map) specified in Article 5.
- B. Single-family houses (including two-family living together houses)
(B) Single-family clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing
C) A single-family house, two-family Kencho era or two-family apartment house, which is a multi-purpose house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Enforcement Order. - (2) The number of floors shall be 3 or less except for the basement.
(3) The maximum height from the ground surface of the site (meaning the ground surface at the time of the announcement of approval) shall not exceed 10m, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7m.
(4) The ground surface of the site cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts for building car garages and embankments for underground garages.
(5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary shall be 1m or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Enforcement Order ※This does not apply to what is specified in the provisions of the above, and to underground garages and similar garages.
(6) Sites (compartments at the time of public notice of agreement approval) shall not be divided. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the area of one parcel out of the parcel at the time of the announcement of the agreement approval is 330 m2 or more, and the area of each newly divided parcel after the division is 165 m2 or more.
