Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)

(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6
Use, form, structure, site and position of building in agreement area must be based on standard to establish in next kakugo.

(1) Use of building shall be as listed in the following a to c. However, those listed in c shall be sections from A to H in the separate figure (Building Agreement Area Map) specified in Article 5.
B. Single-family homes (including two-family living together houses)
(B) Single-family clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing
(C) A single-family house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Enforcement Order, a detached house, Ninohe Kencho era house or a single-family apartment
(2) The number of floors shall be three or less except for the basement floor.
(3) The maximum height from the ground surface of the site (meaning the ground surface at the time of the public notice of approval) shall not exceed 10m and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7m.
(4) The ground surface of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts for building a car garage and embankment for underground garages.
(5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1m or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Enforcement Order ※This does not apply to those specified in the provisions of the above, as well as underground garages and similar garages.
(6) The site (partment at the time of the announcement of the agreement) cannot be divided. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the area of one of the sections at the time of the announcement of the agreement is 330 m2 or more, and the area of each section newly classified after the division is 165 m2 or more.
