Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)

(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6
The use, form, structure, site, position, and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.

(1) The use of the building shall be single-family private housing (including two-family living together housing) excluding the registered housing stipulated in the Housing Accommodation Business Act (Act No. 65 of 2017) or the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order Article 130-3. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings that do not impair the purpose stipulated in Article 1 and that have been approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7.
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 8m from the ground surface.
(3) The number of floors of buildings other than the basement shall be 2 or less.
(4) The site area shall be 165 m2 or more.
(5) The ground of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to any of the following.
For building a part to be used for parking.
Those who have obtained the approval of the Steering Committee as provided for in Article 7.
(6) The minimum distance from the outer wall of the building or the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 m or more (excluding bay windows and door pockets). But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than the minimum retreat distance of outer wall.
(I) The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it must be 3m or less.
(Ii) The height of the eaves is 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area is 5 m2 or less, provided for storage and other similar purposes.
(7) Block walls and other similar items (excluding those with a height of 60 cm or less) must not be provided along the site boundary. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to hedges, fences, and other similar openness provided along the road boundary.
(8) The colors of the roof and outer wall of the building shall be in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
