Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)

(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6
The use, form, structure, site, position and design of buildings in the agreement area must conform to the standards specified in the following items.

(1) Use of buildings are single-family homes (including two-family living together houses) or Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order, excluding notified houses prescribed in the Housing Accommodation Business Act (Act No. 65 of 2017) Being a multi-purpose house specified in Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings that do not impair the purpose specified in Article 1 and have been approved by the Steering Committee specified in Article 7.
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 8m from the ground surface.
(3) The number of floors of the building except the basement shall be two or less.
(4) The site area shall be 165 m2 or more.
(5) The ground of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to any of the following:
(I) This is for building a part to be used for parking.
(Ii) that has been approved by the Steering Committee provided for in Article 7.
(6) The minimum distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1m or more (excluding bay windows and door pockets). But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building or part of building in distance less than minimum retreat distance of outer wall.
(I) The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it shall be 3m or less.
(Ii) To be used for storage and other similar purposes, the height of the eaves must be 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area must be within 5 m2.
(7) Block walls and other similar items (excluding those with a height of 60 cm or less) shall not be provided along the site boundary. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to hedges, fences and other similar open facilities provided along the road boundary.
(8) The colors of the roof and outer walls of the building shall be in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
