Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)

(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6
The use, form, structure, site and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings that do not impair the purpose stipulated in Article 1 and that have been approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7.

(1) The use shall be a single-family house (including two-family living together house) or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined house.
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5 meters.
(3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(4) The building site (meaning the one at the time of the public notice of approval) cannot be divided.
(5) The ground surface of the site (meaning at the time of the announcement of approval) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages.
(6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be at least 1 meter in District A and at least 0.5 meters in District B. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to one of next kakugo.
Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
We offer for i storeroom or other similar uses, and height of eaves is less than 2.3 meters, and total floor area is less than 5 square meters.
