Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)

(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6
Use, form, structure, site and position of building in agreement area must be based on standard to establish in next kakugo. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings that are not likely to impair the purpose specified in Article 1 and approved by the Steering Committee specified in Article 7.

(1) Use shall be a single-family house (including a two-family living together house) or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic).
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5 meters.
(3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(4) Building sites (meaning at the time of public notice of approval) shall not be divided.
(5) The ground surface of the site (meaning at the time of the announcement of approval) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building a car garage.
(6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more in District A and 0.5 meters or more in the B district. But it is not this limit when building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall or part of building corresponds to one of next kakugo.
Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3 meters or less.
We offer for i storage or other similar use, height of eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and total of floor area is less than 5 square meters.
