Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
(Standards for Buildings)
Article 8
The site, position, use, form, and building equipment of the building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article shall be based on the standards specified in the following items.
- (1) Use shall be single-family homes (including two-family living together housing) or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined housing.
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10 meters above the ground level.
(3) The site shall not be split.
(4) The ground surface (when residential land development is completed) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cut for building a garage attached to the building.
(5) The distance to the adjacent land boundary line and the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this shall be 1 meter or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This does not apply to cases where the contents set forth in the above are applicable.
(6) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(7) Toilet should be flushed. - ※Due to the revision of the Building Standards Law, there is a gap in the provisions described in the agreement.
