Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
(Standards for Buildings)
Article 8
The site, location, use, form, and building equipment of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards set forth in the following items.
- (1) Use shall be a single-family private house (including two-family living together house) or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined house.
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10 meters from the ground level.
(3) The site cannot be divided.
(4) The ground surface (at the time of completion of residential land development) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts for building garages attached to buildings.
(5) The distance to the adjacent land boundary line and the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this shall be at least 1 meter. However, Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This shall not apply to the case where the contents are set forth in.
(6) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(7) The toilet will be flushed. - ※Due to the revision of the Building Standards Law, there has been a gap in the provisions described in the agreement.
