Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6
The use, form, structure, site, position, and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
- (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
- (A) Single-family homes (Note 1)
B. The combined housing stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order, which has been approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 (Note 2)
C) Other buildings that do not impair the purpose stipulated in Article 1 and that have been approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 (Note 2) - (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5 meters from the ground surface. (Note 3)
(3) The roof of the house shall be a sloped roof of 2/10 or more.
(4) The minimum area of the site per block shall be 145 m2.
(5) The ground surface of the site and the shape of the retaining wall cannot be changed. In addition, artificial ground cannot be built. However, this does not apply to changes in the shape of the retaining wall when the purpose is to install slopes and elevators for measures for the elderly, and cuts and embankments for the purpose of building a car garage.
(6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line (Note 4) (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit about building corresponding to any of the following or a part of building even if it is within 1 meter from neighboring land boundary line. - Oh, when total length of center line of pillar of outer wall or building in place of this is less than 3 meters.
(A) When the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less and the total floor area is 5 m2 or less, provided for storage or other similar uses. However, the length of one side of the adjacent land shall not exceed 3 meters.
(C) Parking facilities with only pillars and roofs (Note 5) - (7) The partition of the site boundary shall be transparent, such as hedges or fences that can be seen.
(8) (Note 6) Greening will be carried out on the premises according to the environment.
(9) The colors of the roof and outer wall are based on earth colors (Note 7) and shall be in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
