Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)

(Restrictions on buildings)
Article 7
The site, position, use, and form of the building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(1) Use of building shall be detached, and it must be a dedicated house, a clinic combined house, and a combined house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order. (2) The number of floors in Area A shall be 2 or less excluding the basement, and the number of floors in Area B shall be 3 or less except for the basement.
(3) The height from the site ground of the building in A Area A shall not exceed 9 meters, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters. In area B, the height from the site ground of the building shall not exceed 10 meters.
(4) The height of each part of the building (depending on the height from the ground surface The same shall apply hereinafter) shall be 0.6 times the horizontal distance in the true north direction from each part to the center line of the front road or the adjacent land boundary, plus 5 meters added. Provided, however, that the mitigation provisions of the altitude zone shall apply this.
(5) The ratio of the building area and the total area to the site area shall be 4/10 or less and 6/10 or less in Area A, and shall be 6/10 or less and 18/10 or less in Area B. .
(6) The horizontal distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the neighboring land boundary must be 1 meter or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This is excluded for the part of the building specified in the above.
(7) All land in the agreement area shall be used as one residential site per block, and the site division after the agreement must be 180 m2 (54 tsubo) or more per block.
