Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6
The use, form, site, design and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest that have been approved by consultation with the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7.
- (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
- A. Single-family homes
B. Apartment house (limited to those with a number of dwelling units of 2 or less)
C. Single-family clinics (excluding animal hospitals) combined housing - (2) The parcels at the time of the public notice shall not be divided and used.
(3) In Block B, the height of the building at the time of the notice of approval shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5 meters from the ground surface at the time of the notice of approval.
(4) The number of floors of buildings except the basement shall be 2 or less for B block and 3 or less for block A.
(5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of this distance. - A. The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it must be 3 meters or less.
B. Offer for storerooms and other similar uses, the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and the total floor area is within 5 square meters. - (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of this distance.
- A. The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of this is 4 meters or less.
B. Offer for storage and other similar uses (excluding car garages), the height of the eaves must be 2.5 meters or less, and the total floor area must be within 7 square meters.
C. The height of the eaves in the car garage must be 2.5 meters or less. - (7) The structure of gates, fences, fences or fences shall have hedges, fences and other similar openness, and the height shall be 2 meters or less (excluding hedges). However, for sites facing major roads (meaning roads with sidewalks) in the agreement area, fences with high sound insulation structures other than concrete blocks (except when used as foundations at the bottom of the fence) (Limited to those that give due consideration to earthquake resistance) can be installed.
