Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)

(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6
The use, form, site, design and location of the building in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest that have been approved by consultation with the Steering Committee specified in Article 7.

(1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
A. Single-family homes
I. Apartment houses (limited to two or less dwelling units)
C. Single-family clinics (excluding veterinary hospitals) combined housing
(2) Blocks at the time of public notice of approval shall not be divided and used.
(3) In Block B, the height of the building at the time of the public notice of approval shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5 meters from the ground surface at the time of the approval announcement.
(4) The number of floors of the building excluding the basement shall be 2 or less for block B and 3 or less for Block A.
(5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building in distance less than limit of this distance or part of building.
A. The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of this must be 3 meters or less.
I. We offer for storeroom or other similar use, eaves height of eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and total floor area must be within 5 square meters.
(6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building in distance less than limit of this distance or part of building.
A. The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of this must be 4 meters or less.
I. Provided for storerooms and other similar uses (excluding car garages), the height of the eaves must be 2.5 meters or less, and the total floor area must be within 7 square meters.
C. The height of the eaves must be 2.5 meters or less in a car garage.
(7) The structure of gates, fences, fences or fences shall be hedges, fences and other similar openness, and the height shall be 2 meters or less (excluding hedges). However, for sites facing the main roads (meaning roads with sidewalks) in the agreement area, fences with high sound insulation structures other than concrete blocks (except when used as a foundation at the bottom of the fence). (Limited to those that give due consideration to earthquake resistance) can be installed.
