(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6
Use, form and site of building in agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.

（１） The use of the building shall be a single-family house (including a two-family living together house).
（２） The site area shall be 100 square meters or more.
（３） The building coverage ratio shall be 60% or less.
（４） The floor area ratio of the building shall be 120% or less.
（５） The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7m from the ground surface.
（６） The height of each part of the building shall be less than the one obtained by multiplying the horizontal distance in the true north direction from each part to the center line of the front road or the adjacent land boundary line by 0.6 and adding 5m.
（７） The number of floors of the building except the basement shall be two or less.
