(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6
Use, form and site of building in agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.

（１） The use of the building shall be as follows.

A. Single-family homes (including two-family homes in living together)
I. Others approved by the Steering Committee as having no risk of damaging the living environment

（２） The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface. Provided, however, that this ground surface shall be the ground surface of the building that exists on the date on which this agreement takes effect.
（３） The ground of the site shall not be changed. However, this does not apply to the cutting and embankment of the part where parking lots and stairs, slopes for wheelchairs, etc.
（４） The building site area shall be 90 m2 or more.
