Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)

(Use)
Article 6
In agreement area, about building to offer for use to raise in next kakugo must not be built. Provided, however, that the Steering Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) stipulated in Article 11 consults with Yokohama City and provides for purposes deemed necessary to increase the convenience as an industrial park, This is not the case.

(1) Buildings to be used for housing (excluding those approved by the committee in houses where managers or employees live)
(2) Stores or restaurants that sell goods
(3) Mahjong shops, pachinko parlors, shooting fields and the like
(4) Bowling alley, skating rink or swimming area
(5) Gas stations (excluding private use)
(6) Buildings used for the manufacture of petroleum products, manufacture of liquefied gas and flammable gases, as well as storage, filling, and delivering these products

(Structure)
Article 7
The main structural part of the building must be non-combustible materials such as steel frames and reinforced concrete. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to storerooms where the total area of the building is within 50 square meters and other attached buildings.
(Design)
Article 8
The design of the building must strive to harmonize with the surrounding environment.
(site)
Article 9
On site of building, we install green tract of land by standard to raise in next kakugo and must try to manage this well.

(1) If the site area of the building is 1,000 square meters or more, the green area area of 1.5/10 or more of the area
(2) If the site area of the building is less than 1,000 square meters, the green area area of 1.0 / 10 or more of the area

(Building equipment)
Article 10
Buildings must be equipped with necessary equipment to prevent pollution due to noise, vibration, sewage, waste liquid, smoke, dust, gas, odor, etc.
