Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
(Use)
Article 6
In agreement area, we do not build about building to offer for use to raise in next kakugo. However, in consultation with Yokohama City, the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 11 (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) shall be used for purposes deemed necessary to improve convenience as an industrial park. Not limited.
- (1) Buildings to be used for housing (excluding those approved by the committee in houses where managers or employees live)
(2) Stores or restaurants that sell goods
(3) Mahjong shop, pachinko parlor, shooting range and the like
(4) Bowling alleys, skating rinks or swimming pools
(5) Gas stations (excluding those for private use)
(6) Buildings to be used for the manufacture of petroleum products, the manufacture of liquefied gas and flammable gas, and the storage, filling, and delivery of these products.

Article 7
The main structural part of the building must be non-combustible materials such as steel frames and reinforced concrete. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to storerooms with a total area of 50 square meters or less and other attached buildings.
(Design)
Article 8
The design of the building must strive to harmonize with the surrounding environment.
(site)
Article 9
On site of building, we must install green tract of land according to standard to advocate in next kakugo and must try to manage this well.
- (1) If the site area of the building is 1,000 square meters or more, the green area of 1.5 / 10 or more of the area
(2) If the site area of the building is less than 1,000 square meters, the green area of 1.0 / 10 or more of the area
(Building equipment)
Article 10
The building must be equipped with necessary equipment to prevent pollution caused by noise, vibration, sewage, waste liquid, soot, dust, gas, odor, etc.
