| Characteristics | Among the azaleas, flowers are the largest, and usually refers to this type. Oomurasaki is one of the varieties of Hirado azaleas and has been cultivated since the Edo period. At the center, azaleas of various colors bloom, not only Oomura azaleas. The flowering time is from mid-April to May. |
