FeaturesA deciduous shrub that grows naturally in the area bordering the Genkai Sea. Among the azaleas, the blooming season is early, and light red flowers bloom before the leaves come out from March to April. It is registered as a near-endangered species on the Red List of the Ministry of the Environment.
In Environmental Activity Support Center, you can see it in front of the main office building.
