The Green Up Committee will be organized by executives of Neighborhood Associations and others, and will be open to any member interested in green.

The activities include greening the private land (sloping land) next to the stairs with the town hall terrace, and providing it to residents as a place for relaxation. A lawn is laid on the terrace, and a wall greening is installed on the fence.

By greening, the goal is to increase local activities and become a richer area.

With such greening initiatives as the first step, we will promote activities with a view to spreading greening to private land in the area. In addition, with the aging of society, bulletin boards will be used effectively to promote greening support activities for those who cannot care for the garden alone, and to recruit and foster leaders in the activities.
