[Overview of the Plan] (Excerpt from the Regional Greening Plan)

Increase greenery and flowers in harmony with the surrounding landscape, such as station space, harbor green space, historical buildings, etc., where visitors can feel the charm of the new port area, mainly pedestrian traffic lines, and continuously take the initiative in the area. In order to maintain the quality, we will formulate two policies based on the following concepts.

Policy 1 Improve the quality and quantity of greening (green flowers) of human scales.
・Focusing on the site facing the main pedestrian traffic line, we aim to improve the green visibility and form a pedestrian space where you can walk while feeling the seasonal changes with greenery and flowers.

Policy 2 Build a system for maintenance and management of towns full of greenery and flowers.
・We examine mechanism that company in district and person working in district can work on the making of space of green and flower with attachment continuously and push forward the making of the system.
