Goals of Proposal Plans
　A green belt is formed around the Hiyoshi station square and the shopping district.
　Connect green spots scattered around the station and build a regional network with the goal of sustainable greening.

<Specific Targets>
①Greening of Shopping Streets (SDGs3,11,13,15)
Hiyoshi Station's West Exit Square and shopping streets, creating a cityscape where you can feel the lush four seasons.

②Next Generation of Nature Education (SDGs 4,15)
Local children (such as elementary school studenｔ at Hiyoshidai Elementary School and nursery school children) conduct extracurricular classes to learn about the importance of greenery and ecosystem conservation. Create opportunities such as flower seedling experience, and strive to foster future leaders.

③Enlightenment of Greening (SDGs 3,4)
Regularly hold seminars (by Keio University, Hiyoshi Maru no Kai, etc.) that can be attended by children and the elderly. Local residents will deepen exchanges across generations and realize a healthy life both physically and mentally.

④Contributing to the conservation of Biodiversity (SDGs15)
By installing a green belt that includes the shopping district, the Matsunokawa Green Road to Keio University Hiyoshi Campus to form a biotope. The biotope, which makes use of the hills unique to the Hiyoshi district, will contribute to the biodiversity of conservation.
